Kamal Hassan’s Bilingual – Be ready to watch it
Kamal Hassan’s bilingual film Thoongavanam is ready to be screened in a few days. It is a remake of a French film “Sleepless Nights.” The film has been shot both in ‘Tamil – Thoongavanam’ and ‘Telugu – Cheekati Rajyam’ simultaneously. The film is a complete commercial thriller film. Rajesh M Selva, the director of the film said that the script has been rewritten by Kamal sir for his audience in the south. He also said that Kamal plays a cop role, an Indian Revenue Service officer in Narcotics Control Bureau. Trisha a police officer and Prakash Raj a drug dealer are important lead and supporting roles respectively. Kamal Hassan and Trisha being the lead roles; Asha Sarath, Prakash Raj and Kishore are also the part of the film. Ghibran is the Music director of the film and this is his fourth consecutive film with Kamal sir. The songs and BGM has come out so well. ‘Neeye unakku raja’ song is fantabulous with kamal’s textured voice and the glitch mode of music. Kamal sir said in an interview that he learnt this glitch mode of music from his daughter Shruti Hassan. Sanu Varghese is the cinematographer and Shan Mohammed is the editor. Suka was chosen to write the Tamil dialogues of the film and Telugu by Abburi Ravi. Be ready to watch the awesomeness of Ulaganayagan!!
