Gobi manchurian


Cauliflower- 3 cup

Spring onion- as required

Ginger garlic paste-  2 table spoon

Corn flour- 1 cup

Maida- ¼ cup

Soya sauce- 1 table spoon

Ajinomotto-1/4 spoon

Chilly sauce- as required

Oil and salt- as required


Method to prepare;

Chop  cauliflower to fine pieces and clean it by placing it in hot water for 5 minutes….

Add ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, salt to a bowl and make it a fine paste by adding little water.  Dip caluliflower to the paste and fry in hot pan with oil…. Keep it aside for a whi;e to drain the oil….

Keep oil to a another hot pan sauté ginger garlic paste, chopped spring onion till it becomes golden brown… then add chilly powder chilly sauce soya sauce ajinomotto and allow it to boil for few minutes.  Add salt and chilly sauce as per taste….. serve it by sprinkling coriander leaves..
