Paneer -1/2 kg
Smashed potato ( vegaveitha urulai kizhanghu)- 3
Maida- 6 tablespoon
Chopped Green chilly- 3
Chopped Coriander leaves
Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Chilly powder- 1 tablespoon
Rusk powder/ bread crumbs- ½ cup
Salt and oil- as required
Method to prepare:
Graete panneer and keep aside…..add grated panneer, smashed potato, maida powder, chopped green chillies, chilly powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt and add required water and make to a dough….
Make small cutlet shaped dough and dap in bread crumbs/ rusk powder … fry to hotoil in a pan….
Make sure the both sides of cutlet is golden brown in medium flame…. Serve hot with tomato sauce….
